Jacqueline Rodriguez-Valdes, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, COHN-S, COHC, PMP is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of clinical experience across occupational health, acute care, and emergency response in austere environments. She currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Summit Healthcare Solutions, where she leads initiatives to deliver high-quality, cost-effective healthcare services across diverse operational settings.
Jacqueline is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over seven years of medical project and program management experience. Her leadership spans the management of clinical care settings, federal occupational health clinics, emergency influx shelters, COVID-19 field hospitals, mobile medical units, and on-site occupational health programs. She has provided critical emergency response support following natural disasters and is recognized for her ability to motivate teams, standardize processes, implement key performance indicators, and drive continuous performance improvement.
Throughout her career, Jacqueline has championed the tactical execution of complex medical programs, delivering operational excellence in both routine and high-pressure environments.
