Bruno Didier is the Head of B2B at CookUnity, the leading chef-powered meal platform in the U.S. Originally from Lyon—France’s culinary capital—Bruno has built his career at the intersection of food and technology.
An entrepreneur since the age of 14, Bruno has been disrupting the food industry since 2012. After working as a lead engineer for healthcare and food companies in Silicon Valley, he founded Trackin, a white-label last-mile delivery solution adopted by national chains in France and the U.S.
Bruno later launched Mobydish, a Y Combinator-backed on-demand catering marketplace that partnered with hundreds of restaurants, serving up to 5 million meals annually to top Fortune 500 companies across multiple states. Following its acquisition by CookUnity, Bruno now leads the B2B team, developing partnerships to deliver healthy, chef-crafted meals to large corporations, factories, and healthcare organizations—enhancing employee wellness and morale.
He collaborates closely with leading dietitians from top U.S. hospitals to develop medically tailored meal programs that support patients’ health and reduce the burden of chronic disease on the healthcare system. This includes pioneering efforts to create GLP-1 supportive meals, aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of treatments, reducing side effects, and improving patient adherence. His innovative approach to nutrition integrates seamlessly with healthcare providers' systems, promoting better health outcomes through accessible, chef-crafted meals.
