Dr. Rolando is the Executive Director of Vanderbilt Faculty & Staff Health and Wellness and is an Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She joined Vanderbilt in 2008 as the Assistant Medical Director of the Occupational Health Clinic and stepped into the Occupational Health Clinic Medical Director role in 2017. In her current role, which she has held since January 2023, she oversees VUMC's comprehensive employee wellness programming which includes the Occupational Health Clinic; Work/Life Connections-EAP; and Health Plus, VUMC's health promotion program. As such, Dr. Rolando has responsibility for engaging employees of Vanderbilt in innovative programs that maximize well-being and productivity.
