Dr. Rodolfo Rafael Ramírez is a seasoned global executive leader specializing in digital health, occupational medicine, and corporate wellbeing with over a decade of multifaceted expertise. Currently serving as the Digital Global Health & Wellbeing Lead at Unilever, Rodolfo strategically spearheads digital health initiatives, leading global teams in the operationalization of innovative, data-driven programs. His extensive background includes the successful global deployment of Cority as Unilever's unified Electronic Medical Record system, demonstrating his proficiency in digital transformation, global health operations, and strategic budgeting.

As the Board President of the Guatemalan Occupational Medicine Association (ASOMET), Rodolfo showcases exceptional leadership by steering multidisciplinary teams, orchestrating strategic initiatives, and building robust international partnerships. He champions educational growth, professional development, and ethical practice in occupational medicine, fostering strong international collaborations.
