Dr. Fagan is Board Certified in Occupational and Environmental Medicine (OEM). She practiced clinical OEM in Cleveland, Ohio for over 25 year, and then joined the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) as a medical officer in 2009. After 10 years, she retired from federal service and is now consulting in occupational and environmental health and teaching at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine.
