LCDR Hall is currently a PGY3 Chief Resident and MPH candidate in Occupational and Environmental Medicine at the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences, Bethesda, MD. He earned a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Northern Colorado and a D.O. from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. Commissioned in 2013, his career includes an Internal Medicine internship at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, service as a General Medical Officer aboard USS OAK HILL during their 2016 deployment, and primary care at Naval Station Norfolk, where he was nominated for Junior Officer of the Quarter. He also served as Medical Department Head on USS WHIDBEY ISLAND, leading efforts to control the COVID-19 outbreak. His awards include the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, Navy Sea Service Deployment ribbon, and expert marksmanship ribbons.
