Join us for the 2-hour, small-group interactive program that will improve your IME evaluation, examination, report writing, and most importantly, your value as a medical legal evaluator. Whether you are a novice or a seasoned evaluator, you will receive personalized attention from experts. The course has breakout small-groups tailored to the IME process in multiple areas (causation analysis, worker's compensation, personal injury, fitness for duty....). Extensive references will be provided. We will go over the basics, history and physical in a medicolegal context, report writing and testimony tips. Join us so we can learn together.

Identify the steps to perform an independent medical evaluation, from the review of records to the physical examination and to the creation of a report.
Identify the 6 steps of a work-relatedness analysis as defined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
List the elements of an independent medical evaluation report.
