The American Occupational Health Conference (AOHC 2025) is the premier educational and networking event for occupational and environmental medicine professionals and those in related disciplines with an interest in OEM. The 109th AOHC will be held at the JW Marriott Austin in downtown Austin, Texas.

In 2025, we're expecting over 1,100 in-person OEM professionals to convene in Austin to collaborate and learn from each other. With an acute focus on employee health and well-being, AOHC attendees provide solutions that result in enhanced worker productivity while ensuring workplaces are safe and healthy environments for employees.

Partnering with ACOEM at AOHC is the ideal way to connect with key OEM decision-makers and business influencers to get your products and services noticed. Attendees are Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Associates, Certified Occupational Health Nurses, Registered Nurses, Industrial Hygienists, Safety Professionals, Advanced Practice Providers, and others with an interest in occupational and environemental medicine. EXHIBIT IN AUSTIN
Each 8” x 10” booth includes drape, skirted table, signage, wastepaper basket, and two chairs. The show floor is carpeted. The exhibitor kit will be available in February if you choose to upgrade from the basic booth furnishings and will include links to order electricity, enhanced wifi, floral arrangements, and other items to elevate your booth's appearance.

Lead retrieval devices will be available for an additional cost. Access the Exhibitor Kit (available in February) to order your device online.

Each 8” x 10” booth includes:
•    Two (2) complimentary AOHC badges
•    Pre-show marketing kit to promote your participation
•    Listing on the conference website to include booth number, company
      name, phone number, website, email, and 50-word company description
•    Listing on the conference website and online floor plan
•    Listing on the meeting app
•    Listing in the printed onsite conference program
•   Pre- and post-show attendee list will be provided 2 weeks pre and post
     AOHC for a one-time use
