Registration and Cancellation Policies
All pre-registrations must be completed on or before April 18, 2025. Registrations on-site will be assessed with a $50 surcharge.
All cancellations and transfer requests must be in writing (educationinfo@acoem.org) and received by April 9, 2025 prior to the start of the event. All cancellations and transfer requests are subject to a $100 fee. Course material must be returned before a refund of the remaining tuition is sent.
Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, flight/transportation cancellations, unattended events, or early departure. In the rare event of a course cancellation, ACOEM is not responsible for, nor will it provide refunds for costs associated with travel, airfare, hotel or transportation costs incurred by the registered attendee. It is always recommended that the registrant consider purchasing independent travel insurance.
Payment must be made at the time of registration and the method cannot be altered after the registration has been processed. Please be sure to use your preferred method of payment at the time of registration. No exceptions will be made.
ACOEM AOHC registration fees are not tax-deductible as a charitable contribution but may be deductible as a business expense. Consult your tax advisor.
Registration and attendance at or participation in the ACOEM AOHC constitutes an agreement by the registrant to ACOEM’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, video tapes, electronic reproduction, and audiotapes of such event activities.
